So this is my beautiful kitchen. I am so happy with the way that it came out. The only issue is finding a tile that I like for the backsplash; I am looking for something specific, and have had no luck. Who knows, I may start a new trend for tileless, half painted backsplashes. :)

OMG I love it! I have the same-ish colors in my kitchen and the EXACT same oven. I am totally envious of your cabinets though! Mine have more of a wine colored stain on them and sometimes if the sun hits them just right, I hate them. What are you thinking for the backsplash? Whichever way you go will change the feel of it. I imagine tumbled marble, but you could do glass tiles to make look more sleek and modern. You did a great job!
Holy crap! It looks so different! I love it. My construction is starting tomorrow. SUCKS!
I love the steel and black... that is the way I am going with my kitchen when it finally gets to construction time. but my cabinets are going to be black also... good luck looking for the tile for the back splash.
